Passengers are required to present the 2 items listed below in order to board the Superferry vessel:
1. One (1) Printed Copy of the eTicket Itinerary Receipt.
2. Presentation of the Passengers Valid ID.
2GO Travel reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers who do not present the two requirements listed above. If you forgot to bring a copy of your ticket and your valid ID, you may not be allowed onboard.
IMPORTANT:
Our 2GoPromo Team hopes that by this coming July, all 2Go trips will be back to normal nationwide. But if ever there are still areas under ECQ, MECQ, GCQ, or any type of quarantine by July, August, and September, please be aware that an individual may be required to secure travel authority or Covid Shield first from PNP / LGU.
If there are no more quarantines, then there is a high chance boat travel will be back to normal, and special permits may not be required.
Take note that it is the responsibility of the traveler to know if there are special permits needed to be secured for the province or city you are traveling to. Do research please.

Ways to Book Your Tickets in 2Go
To book regular and promo tickets, go to the nearest 2Go store, in the ticketing outlet located inside port terminal areas, go to your trusted ticketing agent, or get your tickets via online booking.
Online booking is okay up to 8 passengers only. For those traveling in BIG groups with more than 8 passengers, please reach out to 2Go Travel hotline to request for group discounts on fares.
Time your purchase of ticket during a 2Go nationwide sea sale to save on fares. Is there a promo every day? No. Promo fares are season, usually launch only during festivals and holidays in the country. If you see promo rates, book it right away.
Again, fares are not fix. They change, so if you see low fares, get it right away.
