2Go Travel Boarding Requirements:
Passengers are required to present the 2 items listed below in order to board the Superferry vessel:
1. One (1) Printed Copy of the eTicket Itinerary Receipt.
2. Presentation of the Passengers Valid ID.
2GO Travel reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers who do not present the two requirements listed above. If you forgot to bring a copy of your ticket and your valid ID, you may not be allowed onboard.

IMPORTANT:
Our 2GoPromo Team hopes that by this coming July, all 2Go trips will be back to normal nationwide. But if ever there are still areas under ECQ, MECQ, GCQ, or any type of quarantine by July, August, and September, please be aware that an individual may be required to secure travel authority or Covid Shield first from PNP / LGU.
If there are no more quarantines, then there is a high chance boat travel will be back to normal, and special permits may not be required.
Take note that it is the responsibility of the traveler to know if there are special permits needed to be secured first for the province or city you are traveling to. Do research please.
