For those who are booking Superferry tickets via website, you can pay using your credit card or atm cards of member banks of Bancnet and Megalink. Payment centers that accepts 2Go online reserved and booked tickets are not yet available.
If you don’t have any cc or atm, you can pay cash by purchasing your 2Go Travel ticket from any branch of 2Go Superferry or in an accredited boat ticketing outlet nationwide.
It pays to know how to book Superferry tickets online at the same time to have access to ready funds in your ATM or credit card. This is because there are types of 2Go promos which are exclusive for online booking or hotline booking only. During these types of sale event, ticketing outlets and travel operators won’t be able to offer you promo ticket, so don’t go visit one.

After purchasing your boat ticket via 2Go website, you will received a message from 2Go Travel with details of your trip, and a copy of your eTicket. Download and print the eTicket.
Just in case you have already paid for your ticket which you booked online but after waiting for some time, you haven’t received the eTicket in your email, CALL the hotline at (02) 528 7000 and talk about your concern to the customer service representative.
What to present when on departure day?
You need to present the following documents when you board the Superferry vessel to your destination.
Required Docs for Credit Card Transactions:
- 2 copies of the Originally (Actual/Ballpoint) Signed eTicket Itinerary Receipts (signed by the Credit Card Holder and the Passenger/s)
- Photocopy of the credit card holders valid ID
- Photocopy of the credit card used to purchase the ticket (front copy only)
- Passengers valid ID
Required Docs for ATM Transactions:
- 2 copies of the Originally Signed eTicket Itinerary Receipts
- Passengers valid ID
Any passenger who fails to present the required document may be refused boarding by the 2Go Travel boarding officers.
