Did you buy tickets in 2Go Travel for a certain trip that was subsequently cancelled due to the imposition of community quarantine? Worry not, because you can now revalidate and rebook the ticket, free of charge. Plus, the fare difference is waived too.
Affected passengers for cancelled trips from March 16 to June 15, 2020 may choose from any of the rebooking options provided by 2Go Travel.
1. Free accommodation upgrade (up to cabin only).
Example: You booked Mega Value Class, you may request for upgrade to Tourist Class. But take note that this is a first come, first serve basis so apply for rebooking of your ticket asap with option ‘free accommodation upgrade’ on Superferry.
2. Reroute your ticket to any 2GO Travel Destination.
Example: Originally your ticket is for route Manila to Coron, Palawan. Now, you may request to rebook your ticket to another destination, say Manila to Bacolod.
3. Transfer your ticket to another person.
Example: The passenger listed on the ticket is you. However, you can’t proceed with any trip for personal reasons. You may now request 2Go to change the passenger name on your ticket from your name to that of your say, brother.
Steps to Rebook 2Go Tickets
First, you must take note of your original and new travel details.
1. Passenger Full name
2. Reservation No.
3. Travel Date & Route
Second, reach out to 2Go Travel, their customer service representatives will be more than happy to serve you. Give the details from no 1 and your preferred rebooking option.

Call them any day from 8:00AM to 6:30PM (Monday to Sunday) for rebooking request. Or email them with the full details listed on the first step.
With these avenues to reach 2Go, you don’t need to go physically to a branch to process rebooking of tickets.
Successfully rebooked tickets have validity of 12 months from original date of travel.
However, take note that passengers may not request rebooking to these embargo dates starting December 16 to January 10, 2021. This is high peak period for the shipping and airline industries due to the Christmas and New Year season.
